Veggie Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 70 Gram of Veggie Masala A&M noodles
  2. 1 cup of chopped vegetables (like cabbage, carrot, beans, Green Peas, capsicum, spring onion).

Cooking Method

  1. Stir fry 1 cup of finely cut (julienned) vegetables in a wok until cooked, but still crisp.
  2. Add Noodles in to 250ml (approx. 1 cup) of boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir well.
  3. Add seasoning mix. Stir well and cook. Allow some gravy to remain.
  4. Add chopped coriander finally and serve hot.

Tasty Recipe

  2. 1 cup of chopped vegetables (like potato, Green Peas, capsicum, spring onion).

Cooking Method

  1. Stir fry 1 cup of finely cut (julienned) vegetables in a wok until cooked, but still crisp.
  2. Add Noodles in to 250ml (approx. 1 cup) of boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir well.
  3. Add seasoning mix. Stir well and cook. Allow some gravy to remain.
  4. Add chopped coriander finally and serve hot.

Strong Garlic Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 70 Gram of Strong Garlic A&M noodles
  2. 1 cup of chopped vegetables.

Cooking Method

  1. Stir fry 1 cup of finely cut (julienned) vegetables in a wok until cooked, but still crisp.
  2. Add Noodles in to 225ml (approx. 1 cup) of boiling water. Cook for 4 minutes in a medium flame. Stir occasionally.
  3. Add seasoning mix either during/after cooking and stir well. Allow some gravy to remain and serve hot.
