Instant Noodles With Pannier Gravy Recipe

Ingredients

  1. A&M Strong Garlic 70g Noodles
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water – 250ml (approx. 1cup)
  4. Oil – 2tbsp.
  5. 1cup - Pannier (chopped)
  6. 1tbsp. Garlic and Ginger Paste
  7. 1tbsp – Gram Masala
  8. 2nos – Green Chilli
  9. Slightly 1tbsp. Lemon juice to taste.

Cooking Method

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chopped Pannier and green chilies and stir fry for 1minute, add Salt, gram masala and lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste on medium heat.
  2. Then take another pan and pour 250 ml of water in it after a couple of minutes add A&M Strong Garlic noodles and mix well then cook for one minute.
  3. Add A&M seasoning mix stir well and cook, allowing some gravy to remain.
  4. Finally, add cooked pannier gravy and 1 tbsp pepper powder to taste the noodles.

Instant Noodles with boiled egg and vegitable recipe (Protein vegetable recipe)

Ingredients

  1. A&M Veggie Masala 70g noodles
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water - 250ml (approx. 1 cup)
  4. 3tbsp. Oil
  5. Ginger & Garlic paste – 1tbsp.
  6. 1 cup Onion (chopped)
  7. 1 Green chilli and red chilli (chopped)
  8. 1 tbsp. soya sauce
  9. 3 Eggs
  10. Slightly – chopped Red chillies & Spring onion leafs final garnish

Cooking Method

  1. Bring water to a boil in a small bowl and gently lower the egg. Set the timer to 6 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the green chilies and boiled chopped egg, and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add ground ginger, garlic paste, Soya sauce and chopped onion, salt to taste and fry for another minute.
  3. Then pour 250 ml of water in it and after a couple of minutes add A&M Veggie masala noodles and mix well then cook for one minute.
  4. Finally chop the egg in half and sprinkle with onion leaf to taste the noodles.

Chapati Noodles Rolls with Egg (Chowmein Noodles Rolls)

It is very simple and a perfect dish for breakfast.

Ingredients

  1. A&M Tasty Masala 70g Noodles
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water - 350ml (approx.1½ Cup)
  4. 5tbsp. Oil
  5. Atta flour –½ Cup for 6nos chapatti
  6. Pepper powder – 1tbsp.
  7. 1 cup Capsicum (chopped)
  8. 1medium Tomato (chopped)
  9. 1 tbsp. Soya Sauce
  10. 1tbsp. Vinegar
  11. Tomato Ketchup
  12. 3 Eggs
  13. Slightly – Chopped Green Chillies & Coriander

Cooking Method

I. Steps for instant noodles

  1. Take 225ml water in pan and boil it.
  2. Add Tastymasla noodles into 225ml (approx. 1 cup) of boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir well.
  3. Add seasoning mix. Stir well and cook. Allow some gravy to remain.

II. Steps for Making Chowmein

  1. Heat the oil in kadhai.
  2. Add chopped capsicum, tomato and cook it for few seconds, add eggs in it.
  3. Cook these on high flame for 1-2 minutes. And it should not be fully cooked. It should be raw in taste.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon vinegar and soya sauce each.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of pepper powder and green chilli and tomato ketchup each.
  6. Mix it well and now add boiled instant noodles in it.
  7. And mix it on high flame, now Chowmein ready for rolls.

III. Steps for Making Dough for Roll

  1. Take ½ cup wheat flour, and little salt in a bowl.
  2. Add water in it and knead it.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon oil and knead the dough.
  4. Cover the dough and leave it for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes kneed it once again, Make equal size of dough balls for making thin roti. Make dough balls size accordingly.
  6. Take a dough ball and roll it and make a thin chapati of it. Size of it’s should be little big than chapatti.

IV. Steps for Cooking Roti for Noodle Roll

  1. Head the tawa on medium high flame. And cook the chapati on it.
  2. Turn the chapati and apply oil on one side.
  3. Turn it again and apply oil on other side of roti this time.
  4. Cook it like paratha. But do not make it crispy. It should be soft.
  5. Place noodles Chowmein on one side of the roll.
  6. Roll the roti and give it a cylinder shape, now your Chowmein noodle roll is ready.

How to Make Mushroom with Tomato Noodles (Protein and Vegetables)

Ingredients

  1. A&M Amazing Cheese 70g Noodles
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water -225ml (approx.1 Cup)
  4. 3 tbsp. oil
  5. 1 cup Mushroom
  6. 2 medium Tomato
  7. 1 tbsp. Soya Sauce
  8. Slightly – Chopped Green Chillies Final Garnish

Cooking Method

  1. First, boil the mushrooms and tomatoes for a 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. In a non-stick frying pan, add 2 tbsp. oil, add the boiled mushrooms and tomatoes, and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add Amazing Cheese noodles into 225ml (approx. 1 cup) of boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir well.
  4. Add seasoning mix. Stir well and cook. Allow some gravy to remain.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon oil, salt, soy sauce on high heat.
  6. Mix well on a medium flame for a few minutes.
  7. Finally garnish with chopped green chillies and serve hot.

How to Make Soya Noodles (Protein and Vegetables)

Ingredients

  1. A&M Strong Garlic 70g noodles
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water -225ml (approx.1cup)
  4. 3 tbsp. oil
  5. 1 cup Soya chunks, soaked in water
  6. 1 medium onions, sliced
  7. 1 medium Tomato, shredded
  8. 1 tbsp. soya sauce
  9. 1 medium green capsicum, shredded
  10. Slightly - spring onion leaves for final garnish

Cooking Method

  1. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a non-stick wok. Add onion, tomato, capsicum, and Soya chunk.
  2. Add Strong Garlic Noodles into 225ml (approx. 1 cup) of boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir well.
  3. Add seasoning mix. Stir well and cook. Allow some gravy to remain.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon oil, salt, soy sauce on high heat.
  5. Mix well on a medium flame for a few minutes.
  6. Finally Garnish with spring onions leaves and serve hot.
